We send monthly statistical reports, and schedule quarterly/ yearly meetings with provider(s) and authorized staff; where we address billing denials, trends, and industry changes. We address claim denials and show if they are resulted from the front end or back end. We educate on how Elite addressed any denial or billing/ collections issues, and communicate on how the provider may avoid them in the future.

We don’t dictate how the practice needs to conform in order to maximize reimbursements or streamline the practice, we educate and communicate how. We are flexible to the practices needs by sharing our knowledge with the provider and staff. We send all clients our billing procedures and policies manual, in order to help educate staff on best practice procedures to increase practice revenue.
